DEP DIR, OSD Studies & FFRDC Programs

The Director, OSD Studies and Federally Funded Research & Development Centers (FFRDC) Programs is responsible for the following:

• Responsible for OSD policy and procedures for acquiring Contract Advisory and Assistance Services. Provides management and oversight of the OSD and OUSD(A&T) Studies Program. Performs primary sponsorship functions for the Institute for Defense Analysis and Rand National Defense Research Institute FFRDCs. Supports the Director, Defense Research and Engineering by providing policy guidance and management oversight of the DoD FFRDC Program.
