American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA)
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), also known as the Recovery Act, requires that federal contractors receiving contract awards funded in whole or in part by the Recovery Act report specific information to the government on a quarterly basis (see Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.204-11).
The tool being used to collect these reports from recipients of awards is found at www.federalreporting.gov. User guides are available at the website.
In addition, the presentation under Related Documents specifically addresses the reporting requirements related to federal contractors. It includes the most up-to-date information available as of the date on the presentation.
