eBusiness Policy Support Center (eBPSC)
What is the eBusiness Policy Support Center?
The Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP), Program Development and Implementation (PDI) office established the eBusiness Policy Support Center (eBPSC) to respond to DoD eBusiness policy inquiries from private sector and government parties. Policy issues may and often do transcend specific systems, applications and even organizations. This centralized eBusiness Policy Support Center is well positioned to provide consistent and correct responses across the enterprise using updated information.

Electronic Document Access (EDA)

Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
For systems oriented support requests (e.g. password, CAGE recognition, invoice and receiving report issues) contact the WAWF helpdesk at (866) 618-5988; (801) 605-7095 or DSN: 388-7095 or via Email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure that the subject line states: "WAWF Assistance".
Purchase Card On-Line System (PCOLS)
Purchase Card On-Line System (PCOLS) was designed to provide enhanced internal management controls to managers and supervisors within the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program. It is a set of processes enabled by a suite of computer applications that automates a number of GPC management functions. The four applications that comprise PCOLS are:
- Enterprise Monitoring and Management of Accounts (EMMA)
- Authorization, Issuance and Maintenance (AIM)
- Data Mining (DM)
- Risk Assessment (RA)
