Procurement Business Intelligence Service (PBIS)

The Office of Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP), Program Development and Implementation (PDI) collects procurement data from a variety of sources and analyzes it using a Business Intelligence Tool. The Procurement Business Intelligence Service (PBIS) is a data warehouse capability used for mining enterprise procurement data across the Department and displaying that information in a user-friendly dashboard-like presentation to understand the true health of the acquisition community’s operating environment. This tool produces several different reports, which are described in the user guides and presentations available on the DoD Procurement Toolbox.

For access to the business intelligence tool, please send your name, office, email, phone, DoD ID # (on the back of your CAC), and date of last information assurance training to Lisa Romney at janice.l.romney.civ@mail.mil. If you are a contractor supporting a DoD office that requires your access to the tool, please also include the name, telephone number, and email address of your government sponsor.
