Armaments Cooperation Atlantic (ACA)

The Director, ACA supports the USD(AT&L) and the Director, IC as the DoD focal point for defense-related research, development, production and other acquisition activities that involve cooperation between the DoD and governments or industries of allied and friendly countries in Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Central Asia, Eurasia and Canada.
