Pacific Armaments Cooperation (PAC)

The Director, PAC supports the USD(AT&L) and the Director, IC as the DoD focal point for defense cooperation in armaments activities between the DoD and governments or industries of allied and friendly countries in Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East, the Americas, and Africa.  These activities occur in all phases of the defense acquisition management framework -- pre-systems acquisition, systems acquisition and sustainment -- and include capability determination, technology development, system development, production, and operations and support.
