The DoD Facilities Pricing Guide (UFC 3-701-01) supports a variety of facility planning, investment, and analysis needs. This version of the Guide, revised for FY 2011 to reflect updated cost and pricing data for military construction projects and facilities budget models, is intended to correspond with preparation of the DoD budget for FY 2013. It is also available on the Unified Facilities Criteria page of the Whole Building Design Guide.
