Partnership Practitioners' Toolbox

This ‘toolbox’ contains information that may assist in the formulation of Depot Maintenance Public-Private Partnership (PPP) agreements. The documents in this toolbox provide examples of terms and conditions that have been successfully used in PPP direct sales and facilities use agreements. Nevertheless, nothing provided herein constitutes “Official,” “Approved,” or “Preferred” terms and conditions or terminology for contract articles or clauses.
