Sample Proposals

DoD SBIR and STTR proposals must be prepared in accordance with the proposal requirements listed in Section 3.0 of the solicitation. These are four major components:

  1. Proposal Cover Sheet (prepared using the electronic form at http://www.dodsbir.net/submission)
  2. Technical Proposal
  3. Cost Proposal (see Cost Breakdown Guidance and Understanding Cost Proposal Terms)
  4. Company Commercialization Report (prepared at http://www.dodsbir.net/submission/)
