Public Meeting
Department of Defense (DoD) is hosting a public meeting on Marh 3, 2016. DoD is seeking information that will assist in the development of a revision to the DFARS to ensure that substantial future independent research and development (IR&D) expenses as a means to reduce evaluated bid prices in competitive source selections are evaluated in a uniform way during competitive source selections.
