Mr. Joseph E. Beauregard is the Deputy Director for Assessments & Root Cause (ARC) in the Acquisition Data and Analytics organization. He first joined the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics as a program analyst in Acquisition Resources and Analysis and later served as the Deputy Director for Resource Analysis. Prior to his acquisition experience, Mr. Beauregard was a contractor supporting the Army’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel and the Joint Staff’s Force Structure, Resources, and Assessment Directorate. Mr. Beauregard is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and Air Force Institute of Technology and began his career an Operations Research officer in the Air Force.
