Defense Pricing, Contracting, and Acquisition Policy is responsible for pricing and contracting policy matters across the Department of Defense (DoD). We execute statute, executive order, and policy through the timely update of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) and issuance of memoranda and guidance. We enable operations through business systems and standards.
