Capabilities - Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS)

As part of the President's Management Agenda for Electronic Government (E-Gov), the Small Business Administration (SBA), the Integrated Award Environment (IAE) and a number of agency partners collaborated to develop the next generation of tools to collect subcontracting accomplishments. This system is known as the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS).

eSRS provides the government with insight as to how its contracting dollars are being distributed among small and disadvantaged businesses. This authoritative source of subcontracting information provides government users the ability to generate reports and creates higher visibility and increased transparency into subcontracting accomplishments across the government.
