Contract Policy - The Buy American Statute

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 25 implements the Buy American statute and related Executive Orders. https://www.acquisition.gov/far/part-25#FAR_Subpart_25_1

 

Changes to the FAR were made to incorporate EO 14005 through the standard rule-making process as FAR case 2021-008. The final rule was published in the Federal Register on March 7, 2022.
