Contract Policy - Utilizing Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Data

Utilizing Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Data

To reduce the burden on agencies preparing data for a PMR, the DPC eBusiness team will compile agency/activity data available from the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) and Procurement Business Intelligence System (PBIS). A slide deck of the compiled data will be briefed to your agency at least 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled PMR. As such, agencies are responsible for ensuring their contract data is accurate and current in PIEE.

The PMR team encourages agencies to review the data within PIEE for accuracy with regards to the following information:

  • Total Actions & Obligations
  • Procurement Offices Identified with this PMR
  • Assisted Acquisition Usage
  • Contract Type Breakouts
  • Products & Services Breakouts
  • Procurement Acquisition Lead Time (PALT)
  • Competition
  • Small Business
  • Commercial Procedures
  • Letter Contracts & Undefinitized Contract Actions
  • Reported National Interest Actions
  • FedMall Usage
  • NDAA Section 889 Indicators
  • Top 10 Vendors by Obligated Amount
  • AbilityOne Usage
  • Safeguarding Clause Scorecard
  • Contract Reporting Scorecard
  • Annual Verification & Validation Results/Error Rates
  • Late Action Reporting to FPDS
  • Contract Data Scorecard
  • Procurement Data Standard Compliance
  • Government Purchase Card Usage and Indicator
  • Government Furnished Property
  • EDA Open & Closed (Contract Closeout)

Availability of this data may change based on the ability of the agency/activity to report to PIEE. The point of contact for this presentation is Jessica Williams, jessica.m.williams126.civ@mail.mil.
