Our mission is to manage, analyze, and inform acquisition and resourcing decisions in information and integration portfolios, to include nuclear weapons systems; nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3); command, control, communications, computers, missile defense; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance; and space systems.

Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Missile Defense (C4MD) provides acquisition, programmatic, and in-depth technical, engineering, integration, and resiliency support space systems to include space-based positioning, navigation, and timing systems program components, such as the Global Positioning System (GPS) space segment, the ground operational control segment (OCX), and Military GPS User Equipment (MGUE) and related technical architectures. C4MD also supports U.S. national interests and the goals of the National Defense Strategy and enhances homeland and regional security through Communications and Networks including tactical data link enhancements/interoperability, low observable waveforms and terminals, network-enabled weapon data links, Joint Convergence Layer; Command and Control (C2) including Combined Joint All-Domain C2 Capability Portfolio Management and Joint C2 acquisition and interoperability governance; and Missile Defense –Golden Dome for America - protecting the homeland against ballistic, hypersonic, and cruise missile attacks, as well as protecting regional assets and forces.
