Mission

The DASW(PS) is responsible to the Assistant Secretary of War(Sustainment) for all product support policy matters.

• Provides oversight of program sustainment, affordability, and life cycle logistics for major weapon systems acquisition in order to ensure sustainability and supportability integration early in the acquisition process.
• Oversees the Product Support Managers and Performance Base Logistics programs.
• Coordinates and synchronizes international and partner engagement for the ASW(S).
• Provides functional management of acquisition and logistics career fields.
