AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making technical amendments to the Defense Federal 
Acquisition Regulation Supplement to update clause dates and 
references.

EFFECTIVE DATE: May 13, 2004.
