AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making technical amendments to the Defense Federal 
Acquisition Regulation Supplement to update Internet addresses and 
reference information.

DATES: Effective November 1, 2004.
