AGENCY: Department of Defense (DoD).

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: DoD is making technical amendments to the Defense Federal 
Acquisition Regulation Supplement to update the Internet address for 
DoD specifications and standards.

EFFECTIVE DATE: November 22, 2004.
