Public Meeting

The Department of Defense (DoD) is hosting a second public meeting on October 10, 2018, to obtain additional views of experts and interested parties in Government and the private sector regarding revising policies and procedures with regard to customary progress payment rates and maximum performance-based payment rates for DoD contracts. Public Meeting
Department of Defense (DoD) is hosting a public meeting on Marh 3, 2016. DoD is seeking information that will assist in the development of a revision to the DFARS to ensure that substantial future independent research and development (IR&D) expenses as a means to reduce evaluated bid prices in competitive source selections are evaluated in a uniform way during competitive source selections.
