Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy Office brings you the

2017 Procure-to-Pay Training Symposium!

The 2017 DoD Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Training Symposium, hosted by Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP), will be held in Orlando, Florida, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on International Drive, from May 30 – June 1, 2017. This Symposium is designed to provide our contracting community, partner logistics and comptroller communities, and our industry partners with a better understanding of requirements for standard data and processes, use of enterprise systems, and related internal controls that are in line with audit requirements to ensure efficient government management of P2P activities and taxpayer funds.

The Symposium will include the latest on P2P and audit initiatives from DoD and federal senior leaders, to include information on procurement data standards, government furnished property, traceability and transparency of awards, and cybersecurity. The goal of the Symposium is to increase awareness of current contracting trends, processes, and changing procedures and policies and to provide opportunity for the contracting community to come together and share problems and solutions.

The target audience is mid-level to senior government individuals that lead or are involved in implementing P2P initiatives and/or related enterprise systems from a policy or system perspective at their home offices or commands; including system administrators, functional super-users, and lead trainers. Industry leads working corporate implementation of DoD's P2P initiatives, as well as related industry system providers are also welcome to attend.

Government Registration $95.00
Standard Registration $695.00 until May 19, 2017
Late/On-site Registration $895.00 on or after May 20, 2017

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations must be made via email to
  2. You have 3 days from the date of your registration to cancel without a penalty.
  3. Cancellations received 3 days after registration date through May 3 will be subject to a $75 processing fee.
  4. No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellations received after May 3, however, you may transfer your registration to a replacement representative at no charge.

Substitution Policy

  1. You may transfer your registration to another individual at any time.
  2. There is no additional cost to transfer a registration to another individual.
  3. Any special association or promotional discounts applied to the original registration may not be available to the replacement representative. If the replacement representative is not eligible to receive the discount that was applied to the original registrant, the difference in cost will be charged.
  4. To transfer your registration, please forward your original confirmation email to, along with the full contact information of the person that will be attending in your place.
  5. Payment details must remain the same. Registration transfers cannot be refunded / re-charged with a different payment method.
