In alignment with 10 USC 2922g (d) and 10 USC 2285(b), the Department is preparing to achieve 100% zero emission non-tactical vehicle acquisitions by 2035 with the appropriate charging or re-fueling infrastructure. ODASD(ER&O) is providing guidance to ensure Electric Vehicle Support Equipment (EVSE) i.e. EV chargers, are installed at the right time and place to support electrification of over 180,000 non-tactical vehicles (NTV) at over 500 installations across the United States and globally.
