- The Cost Comparability Manual implements policy, assigns responsibilities and provides procedures for conducting a cost comparability analysis of organic depot maintenance workloads.
- The Cost Comparability Data Call Financial Workbook is used in accordance with DoDM 4151.23 to collect and validate historical cost and indrect hour information from the depots over the previous three fiscal years.
- The Master Cost Comparability Workbook (MCCW) is used in accordance with DoDM 4151.23 to compare costs between candidate depots and workload consolidation alternatives.
