MULTI-NATIONAL COOPERATION
ODASD(SCI) in coordination with Joint Staff leads the Multi-national Cooperation program for L&MR with oversight of logistics partnerships with Australia, Canada, France, Russia, Singapore and United Kingdom.

Senior defense logisticians from U.S. and Singapore are working towards completing a Terms of Reference (ToR) for the establishment of a bi-lateral Joint Supply Chain Forum (JSCF). Estimated completion is March of 2012.

Defense leaders from U.S., Australia, Canada, and Great Britain agreed to a ToR for the establishment of a quadrilateral JSCF in Oct 2011. The anticipated outcomes include:
a. develop and sustain strategies for Supply Chain Transformation such as transformational models and metrics for evaluating success;

b. provide a forum for the exchange of lessons learnt and to evaluate/develop collective solutions to identified problems;

c. identify, and collectively address where appropriate, issues and impediments associated with Supply Chain Operations and the related strategic programs and services;

d. provide a forum for knowledge sharing and joint problem solving;

e. identify, and collectively address, common areas of concern; and f. assist nations in the development of their logistic capabilities.
