DOD Trusted Capital Country Designations - Country of Special Concern (COSC)

Countries of Special Concern (COSC) are those countries that may present a risk to national security if associated with a capability or capital provider in the Trusted Capital Marketplace program, especially regarding intellectual property and supply chains. The countries in the table below are designated as COSC countries.
